Get Simpl AI develops practical AI products for business, finance and healthcare. Its current small-business focus is Simply Ledger for receipt workflows and Simply Build for websites, enquiries, bookings and follow-ups.

Which product should I start with?

Start with Simply Ledger if receipts and accountant handoffs are the bottleneck. Start with Simply Build if you need a website or a clearer enquiry and booking process. A demo helps you choose one workflow to improve first.

How much does Simply Ledger cost?

The published offer includes the first 20 receipts free once. Starter is AED 199 per month for 100 receipts, two users and one entity, excluding applicable VAT. Confirm the current plan on Simply Ledger before subscribing.

How much does Simply Build cost?

The published founding-client website offer is AED 3,500, with optional care at AED 350 per month. AI workflows are quoted separately. Confirm deliverables, tax treatment and the total price in your proposal.

Does AI replace my accountant or professional judgment?

No. These tools support work and review. You remain responsible for checking outputs and making decisions. Use appropriately qualified professionals for accounting, investment and clinical advice.

Do I need all three suites?

Smith School of Business at Queen’s University

Alfan holds a Master of Financial Innovation & Technology (fintech) from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and is a licensed Canadian pharmacist with 35 years of frontline healthcare experience.

As the owner of Integrated Wellness, an integrated pharmacy, medical clinic and wellness provider, he lived the day-to-day reality of running a complex small business: the receipts, the reconciliation, the admin that pulls you away from growth. The tools he needed didn't exist, and other owners told him the same. Get Simpl AI builds them: practical AI for high-trust environments, where clarity, human oversight and real-world outcomes matter.
